Dr. Michael Porter, with his extensive background and specialty training in equine internal medicine, leads the team at PHD Veterinary Services in identifying and treating these complex conditions. These issues may include exercise-induced pulmonary hemorrhage (bleeder), inflammatory airway disease, heart murmur, cardiac arrhythmia, arytenoid hemiplegia (roarer syndrome), and others.
